Holland House is a Grade II listed four-storey house situated in the Kensington Conservation Area. Michaelis Boyd was appointed to restore the character of this 18th century building whilst injecting some modern design elements that reflect the personality of its owner. The works included excavations of the existing lower ground floor, extending the buildings to the back and sides, reconfiguring all five floors and replacing all services and fittings throughout.
