Sonoma, located in Gatwick Airport, is inspired by the relaxed, fun and vibrant dining style of California’s premier wine region. The design uses natural, warm and robust materials to reflect the bright colours of the landscape and the Californian craft vibe of Sonoma with a sustainable and environmentally sensitive ethos. The concept represents a new attitude to food culture with fresh and healthy food and drinks.
