St. John's Wood House is a detached Georgian Villa located in the St John’s Wood conservation area. The external design of the building is sensitive to the historic nature of the neighbourhood, while the interiors are distinctly contemporary reflecting the modern lifestyle and family life of the client.The works include excavations of the existing lower ground floor, extending the building to the back and sides, reconfiguring all five floors and replacing all services and fittings throughout.
